ORGANIZATION NEWS Our next HOA meeting is set for 7:00
pm on July **, 2009 at St. Giles Church. If you have a topic that needs to be discussed, please contact Pricilla to get it on our agenda for that meeting. You need to notify her no later than 48 hours prior to our meeting. Currently the agenda is as follows: Review of last meeting minutes Treasurers Report Corresponding Secretary Report Recording Secretary Report Vice President Report President Report New Business: Enforcement procedures for new amendments Nominations
for new officers - October elections We will be meeting 2 more times this year: July,
and October. NEWS The Amendments to Our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions Have Been Delivered. It's official. The new Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions were hand delivered to each resident homeowner
(absentee homeowners will get theirs via registered mail). As illustrated in the attached cover letter, the new changes
have been filed and have been unofficially effective since May 26, 2009. The grace period before going into full force
ends on June 30, 2009. So if you are not in compliance with the new amendments, as of July 1, 2009 the Foxchase at OP
Owners Association will have the ability to enforce them. PLEASE READ YOUR NEW DOCUMENTS, THEY COULD EFFECT YOUR PROPERTY, AND YOU COULD BE SUBJECT TO FINES.
